An order will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders are shipped by DPD and while subject to change, they are delivered within the following time frames:

- Belgium: 1 business day
- Netherlands: 2 business days
- Luxembourg: 2 business days
- Germany: 2 business days
- Austria: 3 business days

Yes, you can track your order from the moment you ordered via our status page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your order.

Yes, we deliver to all EU countries. We charge the following delivery fees:

We deliver free of charge in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany from 60 EUR (order amount including VAT). For orders with a value below 60 EUR, the following shipping costs are charged:

- Belgium: 8.25 EUR
- The Netherlands: 10.50 EUR
- Luxembourg: 12.50 EUR
- Germany: 10.50 EUR

We deliver free of charge in Austria from 75 EUR (order amount including VAT). For orders with a value below 75 EUR, the following shipping costs are charged:

- Austria: 18.50 EUR

For orders from other EU countries, shipping costs will be shown during the ordering process.

We work together with DPD for shipping our products.

We do not have a physical store or address to collect your order. You can always contact our resellers: Store Finder

In accordance with the European right of return, we accept items that are in their original condition (including packaging). You can use this up to 14 days after delivery. You can do this by sending an e-mail to our customer service From the moment we receive your return shipment, you will receive your money back within 7 working days via the payment method used, provided that they meet the return conditions. The costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Attention! Sonny Angel/Smiski/Gee and Fancy Pet products that are sold in so-called “blind packaging” and the packaging of which has been opened cannot be taken back by us.

All Sonny Angels are sold in blind packaging. This means that a person who buys or receives a Sonny Angel as a gift will be surprised by the figurine in the blind packaging. It encourages collecting Sonny Angels with friends and family.
